Mipa CX4 Clearcoat Kit incl Hardener is a high-quality acrylic clearcoat for a fast and efficient refinish (express technology), which ensures extremely fast drying by oven as well as by air. This special drying property offers saving potentials in terms of spray booth occupancy, stoving times as well as working time. This leads to a considerable reduction in operating costs and increases the throughput.
Another major advantage is that Mipa 2K-HS-ExpressKlarlack CX 4 can be polished quickly when it has been mixed with Mipa 2K-HS-Express-Härter HX 4: After just 5 minutes drying at 60 °C object temperature and a cooling phase of approx. 15 minutes, polishing can begin.

MIPA CX4 Clearcoat Kit 7.5Ltr with HX4 Hardener offers a high-quality acrylic clearcoat solution for fast and efficient refinish applications. Utilizing express technology, this clearcoat ensures extremely fast drying by both oven and air, leading to significant savings in spray booth occupancy, stoving times, and working time. This reduction in operating costs increases throughput and efficiency.
When mixed with Mipa 2K-HS-Express-Härter HX 4, the painted parts can be polished immediately after just 10 minutes at 60°C or 20 minutes at 40°C, offering quick turnaround times. Alternatively, polishing can occur after a drying time of 1 hour at room temperature. MIPA CX4 Clearcoat is suitable for spot repair, partial paintwork, and complete paintwork when mixed with hardener Mipa 2K-HS-Härter HS 25.
When combined with HS 25 hardener, drying times are slightly extended, allowing for polishing after 15 minutes at 60°C or 30 minutes at 40°C, or after 3 - 4 hours at room temperature. This clearcoat is ready for use after adding the hardener and offers excellent resistance to weathering and environmental conditions, as well as resistance to yellowing and durable gloss retention.
