Scangrip UV Curing LED Gun
Scangrip UV LED Lamp is a high-performance paint curing lamp designed for rapid and efficient UV curing in professional bodyshop environments. As the largest UV lamp in the Scangrip range, it is engineered to cure larger surface areas quickly while maintaining consistent and controlled curing performance.
Operating at a UV peak wavelength of 395–400 nm, the lamp is ideally suited for curing UV primer coats in as little as one minute. From a distance of 10 cm, it cures an area of approximately 250 cm², while at 56 cm from the panel the curing area increases to around 3600 cm², allowing flexibility depending on repair size.
The lamp generates no heat at the panel, making it safe for use on plastic parts and sensitive substrates without risk of distortion. Supplied as a complete kit, it includes the UV LED gun with rechargeable SPS 12V 8Ah Li-ion battery, SPS charger, UV protective glasses, a hard protective case, and a durable ripstop nylon carrying bag with shoulder strap.
